Technical Team Lead · Reactive Code Labs

Architected and built a two-sided recruitment platform from scratch as a Turborepo monorepo — a Next.js 14 web app, an Apollo Server / GraphQL API, and a Python / Flask AI service. I own the architecture decisions, code reviews and delivery.

  • Built a full ATS-style hiring pipeline — job-posting wizard → applicants → AI-recommended candidates → shortlist → evaluate → hire — with AI matching for both candidates and employers.
  • Designed the candidate profile system across 9 structured sections with AI-powered résumé import: CV upload, AI data extraction and bulk save.
  • Implemented session-based activity logging with per-session audit trails — UUID sessions, create/update/delete tracking, grouped by login session for admins.
  • Built a partner / affiliate integration (GRNMA portal) over REST with JWT partner tokens and an OTP verification flow for seamless candidate onboarding.
  • Integrated GetStream real-time chat and built-in video conferencing for employer–candidate communication and interviews.
  • Established a reusable UI component library and applied the Singleton pattern on the backend; led architecture, reviews and delivery.

  • Rectifier & Battery Backup Monitoring — live AC/DC/battery voltage telemetry with a dashboard of live readings, logs and interactive graphs.
  • Home Automation — remote control of smart appliances (lights, doors, fans, AC, TV, sound) with per-device on/off timer scheduling.

04About

A little more context.

I started out wiring React dashboards to physical hardware over sockets. Five years later I'm leading the architecture of an AI-powered recruitment platform — and the instinct hasn't changed: build the thing properly, then make it feel effortless.

Most of my work has lived in domains where mistakes are expensive — electronic medical records, clinical scheduling, device management, hiring. That shapes how I build: clear service boundaries, reusable components, role-based access thought through from the start, and audit trails where someone will eventually need to ask “who changed this?”

I'm equally comfortable migrating a legacy PHP API onto Next.js, standing up an Apollo GraphQL server in a Turborepo monorepo, or sitting with a designer to get a hover state right. As a team lead I stay in the code — reviewing, setting patterns and making the calls that are hard to reverse later.
